The hotel is stunning! You feel like living in a Palace, not only for the architecture, but also for the hospitality. The staff is extremely well prepared and always ready to help, they pay attention in every detail and it makes the difference. I want to specially thanks Mr. Yogndra, in my second day I was with a little sore throat and he helped me preparing a ginger tea with herbs that made me feel way better! These level of care is what made the difference for us. I also want to highlight how welcomed we felt with all the service provided by Rakesh, AmarSingh and Sarjeet they helped us understanding the local dishes and to try local meals. We really appreciated our two days there.

Everything …………the Royal welcome, check-in, the upgraded room, the food, the grounds, the thoughtful mementos at the time of check-out…… the legendary Taj Hospitality. Above all, the staff. Ms Preeti, who co-ordinated our stay right from the pre-arrival phone call to our check-out; Mr Khateeb, our personal butler, who fulfilled all our requests; and all the staff at the restaurants, who pampered us with food and drinks — they all deserve special mention. How can I forget Mr Nagendra, from housekeeping, who took us on a tour of the grounds, helped us to feed the peacocks, and left very personalised touches in the room everyday.

From initial arrival to departure everything was first class. Initial rose petal welcome and room upgrade was a great start on arrival. Although we only stayed for 1 day all service received through out the stay was of the highest quality with all facilities used (hotel car, restaurant, swimming pool, breakfast) first rate. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly through out with Mansi in reception and Manish is the pool area specifically coming to mind for giving great service.
