House Below The Hill is special because of its: - Picturesque location amidst verdant hues of Alibaug - Modern-chic interiors with ample natural lighting - Private outdoor pool with a bar cart and loungers - 1000 sq.ft. lush green, well-manicured lawn - Indoor games like pool table, table tennis and carrom - Proximity to Mumbai FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs 2500 plus taxes, for each pet.  - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, blankets, and also in the pool.  - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. - A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
