Property info

House Rules: 1 – Check In Time is 1400 Hours and Check Out time is 1100 Hours. Early check in and late check out will be subject to availability on an extra charge. 2- The Management requires a refundable security deposit paid at the time of check in for INR 50000. This can be paid by UPI or cash at the time of arrival which will be refunded at the time of check out provided there is no damage to the property and all bills are settled. Any deposit done through online mode, same will be refunded within 10 – 12 working days. 3- Stags not allowed 4- It is not allowed to include more guests in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation without the confirmation by the management. Extra charges will apply which is equal to twice the extra person charge will be automatically levied. Any stay beyond 10:00 PM will be considered as overnight stay. 5- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas inside the villas. 6 – Doors should be closed unless needed to open, electronic devices should be turned off when not in use. 7- Pets are not allowed in the Villa complex. 8 – In accordance to the law, we request to keep the music level to a moderate level after 10:00 PM. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated. 9- Use of the swimming pool is at the sole risk and responsibility of the guest (s). No diving please. We have an open pool and no life guard on duty, management shall not be responsible for any mishap especially related to children. 10- Please don’t put out any decoration items that tamper with anything in the property. 11- Please don’t bring any flammable or explosive materials into the villa premises. We have no drug policy, staff have been instructed to report the same to Police station on suspicion of legal activity. 12 – Arms and ammunition are not allowed within the Villa premises. 13- Management shall not be responsible for loss or damages of valuable. Kindly ensure to use the safety lockers for valuable.
