Hi, I am Alim, We have been hosting guests in our guesthouse since 2014. I live in Panjim, Goa. I started this Guesthouse as meeting new people from all over the world was a passion and also wanted to expose my family to the different cultures, languages and customs and knowledge that you get from world travelers. I also work as a US IT Recruiter by profession. Apart from that I like gardening, decorating, DIY, working out at the gym, Kickboxing, I am also a regular participant at most 10 K runs in Panjim. But most of all I love spending time with family and chatting with guests about their experiences. We live adjacent to the cottage and will be there to help you if need be. We are a friendly household and we very much look forward to host you!

A family run Guesthouse with Cozy Cottage Styled rooms equipped with modern amenities with a flair of Old Goan Charm. Located 15 mins walk from Panjim city centre. 2 mins away with a bike. And 4 mins walk to the famous Fontainhas World Heritage Site. The property has a backdrop of lush greenery thanks to the Altinho Hill. Our rooms are Non-Smoking however we have designated smoking area. We can help guests with renting scooters, car rentals for airport drop etc. The cottage is an Annex with a private entrance. So all the area there which includes a garden and a small courtyard is for the use of the guests. Since we live next to the cottage we would be available to offer help throughout your stay. Ideal stopover for people wanting to visit Old Goa or Villa Goa and Panjim city.

Neighborhood info

Our place is tucked away from the noise of the city. You will sometimes here birds voices. It is 2 to 5 mins walk away from 3 different restaurants serving different cuisines. You can walk to the famous Maruti Temple in 3 mins. The famous Latin Quarters or Fontainhas World Heritage Site is 5 mins walk away. Panjim City Centre is 15 mins walk. And a convenience store is located just outside our property. The famous Old Goa or Vella Goa World Heritage Site is 10 Kms away, you can visit this place either by bus which you can get from the bus station which is 10 mins walk away. Or best is to take a Tuk Tuk or auto rickshaw which we can arrange from the property itself.
