After many years in the advertising business around the world, I and my wife Nucci found in 2000 this corner of paradise in Moasca, near to Asti in Piedmont. In 2011 we decided to open our house to hospitality and now we have 4 apartments to accommodate guests who want to share the peace and tranquility of Cascina San Martino.

A LITTLE PARADISE IN THE HEART OF MONFERRATO HILLS among the vineyards. Cascina San Martino has 4 apartments with kitchen. It has a park and the SPA and a swimming pool. For people looking for relax in a luxury country house and well-kept environment. No restaurant. The ancient farmhouse of Cascina San Martino is nestled in the vineyards of Alto Monferrato (South Asti), a World Heritage Site, the territory of the well-known wines Moscato, Barbera, Barbera Nizza, Dolcetto bordering the Langhe, and is just a few kilometers from Acqui Terme, Asti, Alba. Very close to Canelli, where there are the ancient historic wineries CATTEDRALI DEL VINO that can be visited by great producers. Guests can taste the house wine (a Barbera d'Asti D.O.C.G.) and buy local products, such as honey, vegetables and fruit (in season, of their own production or from local farms). The farmhouse has a SPA, swimming pool, a large garden with furniture like sunbeds, , armachairs, tables, solarium, a vineyard, an hazelnut grove, and a 15,000-square-meter park. 2 apartments are for couples, 2 for families. Situated on the border with the Langhe, the area is ideal to visiting historic cities such as the magnificent Turin and its royal palaces, Asti, Alba, Acqui Terme, Genova...; to tastings in the legendary wine cathedrals of Canelli 5km away; to visit castles and museums. There are also many trattorias, restaurants, wineries, osterie, in the Cascina San Martino's surroundings; in Moasca you can also admire an ancient castle halfway between Nizza Monferrato and Canelli with a restaurant and a roof garden inside.
