The house, built in 2022, consists of only 2 apartments, one with a private garden and the other with a spacious balcony. Apartments Marianna B, bright and cozy, with a big balcony, is located on the same level on the first floor. Only 2 km separate the apartment from the beach of Gravedona ed Uniti and from the lake promenade with bars, restaurants, and shops. The apartment offers peace and quiet, outdoor private parking, modern, comfortable furniture, and the possibility of outdoor dining.
