Perfect location for any type of stay: the accommodation is in fact located in a residential area equipped with all the essential services and at the same time close to the historic center of Fano, easily reachable by car. It is also 1 km from the station and a 14-minute walk from the first beach. Parking space included! The accommodation of about 47sqm is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (32 steps to reach the floor of the apartment) and is composed as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with induction cooker, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven and wine glasses; - LIVING AREA with dining table, double French sofa bed and TV; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe, access to the terrace; - BEDROOM II with armchair and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower and bidet, toilet. - BALCONY with wooden table, deck chair and umbrella. Available an outdoor parking space assigned and below the apartment. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: A/C split, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack.
