In addition to the bedrooms there is a kitchen, where you can eat together, or a large living room with table and chairs for everyone. It is very close to the sea and to all kinds of shops, so you can go to the beach on foot and even go shopping on foot. It's all very close and very convenient. Usually you reach the center in the evening with a 10-minute walk, perhaps from the promenade to enjoy the sea breeze and the view of the harbor and of the castle that dominates the whole village. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and offers free high speed wifi.

Castiglione della Pescaia is the most famous tourist resort on the south coast of the Maremma: a combination of nature, sea, cultural and artistic heritage to visit which make it unique in its kind. The medieval castle dominates the village and the ancient hamlet to which it belongs can be visited especially in the evening to enjoy enchanting sunsets and the sea breeze. This seaside resort is suitable both for those who want a relaxing holiday and for lovers of sport and active life. There are many bars and restaurants suitable for every budget and the beaches are equipped with bathing establishments where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, surf and paddle. You can easily move on foot because the distances are short, or by bicycle along one of the many cycle paths. And for those who want to explore nearby places, there is a wide choice of Etruscan archaeological sites (Vetulonia and Roselle), the Maremma Natural Park, or cities like Siena (1 hour by car), Florence (1 hour and a half) . An excursion to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago is also recommended, with mini cruises leaving every day from the port of Castiglione.
