The house is located in the center of a wooden bridge and is very close to all services, you get to the ski lifts on foot in just 3 minutes and in the historic center of the village in 5 minutes on foot. Very close to the house there are bars, restaurants, parks and more. The tavern is very private and quiet, being on the basement floor has much privacy with respect to the surrounding apartments. For the summer period there is an outdoor condominium area set up with garden furniture.
