The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers to store your personal effects and a coat rack. In the second bedroom you will find a single bed with the possibility of extracting a second bed from the lower chest of drawers, thus bringing the total number of beds to 6. There is also a coat rack in this bedroom. Finally you will find the bathroom, very spacious, where in addition to the sanitary facilities, there is both a shower and a bathtub. By opening a small door you will also find a washing machine that can be used during your stay. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the open space area. In the rooms, however, there are two fans. Free WI-FI is available. Small and medium-sized dogs and cats with clipped nails are accepted, to protect the furnishings and the parquet that is found throughout the house except in the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with assigned private parking.

A stone's throw from the hamlet of Riva Trigoso, the excellent location of the accommodation allows you to have everything you need just a few meters away: in addition to the free equipped beaches or the bathing establishments about 500 meters away, you will find bars, excellent bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, tobacconists, pharmacies and shops for all your needs.
