Nice and quiet 2 bedroom holiday apartment, suitable for up to five / six Guests. Adjacent to the historic center (800m), very close to the lake and the beach (1300m) and of the Fair/Congress center (1300m) is housed in a historic eighteenth-century house, completely renovated in exteriors and interiors (2018). Kitchen: kitchenette with a 3.3 meter design kitchen, fridge with compartment freezer, integrated microwave and a 13-place dishwasher. The central peninsula divides the kitchen from the modern double sofa bed and houses: capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, electric plugs + USB and automatic toaster. The overlying wall integrates the large 39 "led TV in full hd, adjustable.The 4-seat table is easily extensible and can accommodate up to 6/8 people. Bathroom: modern and windowed with washing machine, shower with crystal box, toilet, bidet and modern bathroom cabinet; sanitary and mobile are suspended. Bath towels provided. Rooms: The double, very romantic has large wardrobe with sliding doors and a 4-meter balcony. The second, smaller, has two single beds convertible into a double, a wardrobe. The "Alboletta", is one of the oldest town of Riva del Garda located just outside the historic core of the old city, in a quiet and safe residential area. The main bus station is 200m away, there are supermarkets, pharmacies and shops within 500m and the cycle paths are adjacent. The lake, reachable by bike or on foot, is 1300 meters away. The "Baltera Fiere e Congressi" exhibition center can be easily reached and is 1300 meters away. The Alboletta's apartment has east-south-west exposure and enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. With the car you can park for free in public parking spaces adjacent to the structure (10m), on the local road.
