Hotel Firenze is in an ideal location in the Malcesine old town. The hotel has an excellent restaurant below which is frequented by locals, and had the best Tiramisu! The restaurant also had a great children’s menu. The staff are all lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a spread of pastries, cakes, cereals, fruits, boiled eggs, bread rolls, cheese and meats and unlimited tea/coffee. The hotel is close to all amenities, including a Eurospar for grocery shopping. The bus stop is just 100 metres away, and boats/ferries going to Limone are just a short walk away. The room was very big with air conditioning, an en suite shower, and a good sized balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The room was cleaned with fresh towels and linen provided daily. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay at Hotel Firenze again.

Position fabulous views from the Balcony. The decor in the hotel was stunning. The owner was lovely very helpful lady, The Breakfast was nice could have had a bit more effort on hot sections, as only eggs seved hot and that was only one of the mornings first morning nothing hot, Due to the time of the year most of the facilities wernt open and hot tub on roof had no heater so was very cold,

Hi,we stayed recently with 2 elderly parents in our group and I can honestly say we couldn't have had a better experience. Elke,the proprietor and Chelsea her daughter went above and beyond for us.The hotel was spotless, the ethos excellent, recycling, natural homemade food and decor was first class.We all felt very much at home and would without a doubt go back.A big thank you to Elke and Chelsea for all your help and hospitality, we will see yous again .

Staff were super friendly, hotel was impeccable and the location was amazing! We loved the hot tub and honesty bar - it was a great touch.

Super clean room and very good service! The room is cleaned everyday and the towels changed regularly! Very friendly owner/staff - I felt very welcomed! Location is perfect for visiting the lake, as there are several beaches nearby. The city center is just a few minutes by foot!

Private parking behind the gates (5min walk to hotel) 💯 Simple rooms, but with everything you need for a stay. Very central location, in the middle of old town and everything is very close - shops, terraces, beaches, castle, cafes, cable car.

The hotel personnel was very kind and helpful. The hotel room and the view over Malcesine and Garda-lake was very nice.

This hotel worked perfectly for me and I felt very good and safe there as a female solo traveler. Staff is super nice, speaks English, German and of course Italian, always kind, happy to help. Location is super convenient, in a quiet part with a beautiful garden but yet close to everything - shops, restaurants, castle, beaches, gelato and Monte Baldo Funivia is right next door. Absolutely loved the pool, very often I had it for myself and it has a good size for swimming. Single room is pretty basic, but has s lot of storage spaces, bed is big and comfy, it was quiet at night and there was a balcony with a view - what more to ask for. Garda card/s for discounts for castle, funivia or boats were provided at rexeption which saved me a couple of euros. Thank you for everything and hope to be back one day.

Everything. It was outside the old town setting but as close as 5mins walk away. Easy parking inside and out. Great air con as we were there during a heat wave. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh juices, jams. Amazing choices. As gluten intolerant I had many choices. Thanks, Erika and Laura for a great stay.

Wonderful property. Lovely staff... Large, bright, well-appointed room with lakeview and balcony. Nice pool with plenty of loungers. Excellent breakfasts and food service during the day. Short walk into Malcesine.
