[17:37, 23/3/2023] Leo Cap..: Situata nel centro di Fasano, permette di spostarsi agevolmente tra tutte le mete turistiche di maggior interesse. A pochi chilometri è possibile visitare i paesi limitrofi come Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli e Polignano a mare. A pochi minuti di automobile dallo zoo di Fasano (parco faunistico più grande d’Europa), dall’acquapark, dagli scavi archeologici di Egnazia e dall’incantevole mare delle coste pugliesi. All’ingresso della struttura è a disposizione degli ospiti un dispenser per igienizzare le mani. La struttura adotta tutti i protocolli previsti. Tutti gli ambienti offrono un climatizzatore indipendente da impostare a proprio piacimento. L’apertura del portone d’ingresso funziona tramite tastierino con codice, che verrà comunicato agli ospiti al loro arrivo. Wi-Fi disponibile gratuitamente in tutta l’abitazione. Lavatrice in comune con gli altri ospiti disponibile sulla terrazza. Abitazione a cui si accede con delle scale. Al primo piano della struttura troviamo la camera “Giovanni” composta da ampio letto matrimoniale, cucina con piano a induzione, macchina del caffè e forno elettrico. Bagno con tutti i comfort: asciugamani, prodotti per l’igiene e la cura della persona. Balcone che affaccia sull’ingresso e sulla strada. Su richiesta per questa stanza è possibile aggiungere un altro lettino in dimensioni ridotte per bambini (che non pagano). Salendo al secondo piano troviamo la stanza “Letizia” con letto matrimoniale, piccola vasca idromassaggio (150cmx150cm angolare), mini-frigo, macchina del caffè e cortesie per gli ospiti. Anche questa stanza ha un bagno ed una porta finestra alla romana. Su richiesta è possibile avere bottiglia e calici con suaglass, e all’occorrenza è possibile decorare la camera per piccole ricorrenze (San Valentino, anniversari o serate romantiche). Salendo una piccola scala si può accedere ad un’altra stanzetta che affaccia sulla terrazza di proprietà (in comune per l’intera struttura,
