This elegant accommodation is perfect for two couples or a family. New and refined apartment facing the beach and 100 meters from the main entrance of the Fiera del Levante in Bari. One bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed, dining room with complete and equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with independent entrance. You can easily arrive by car, there is free street parking. The airport is only ten minutes away by road. Or at 100 meters on foot, there is the city bus station. The whole area is crossed by the main AMTAB urban bus lines. The terminus is in via di Maratona near the municipal swimming pools. So it is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This apartment is located in the Marconi district, also known by other less formal names, such as the Faro area or the more common San Cataldo. This district is home to the famous annual Fiera del Levante. The Fiera del Levante is one of the main Italian and Mediterranean fairs. Another famous attraction of the neighborhood is the large sandy expanse that makes up the beach of San Francesco alla Rena (from arena which means sand), one of the oldest beaches in Bari that has always been very popular. Legend has it that, near this locality, San Francesco stuck a stick in the ground, causing a vein of water to flow out there to quench some fishermen's thirst. Nearby, there is also one of the largest green lungs of the city: the pine forest of San Francesco alla Rena, with games for children, a skating rink, paths equipped for jogging and physical activity.
