The 70 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are 3 steps to reach it) and is made up as follows: - Kitchen equipped with dining table x2, split A/C and kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven - Living room with dining table, sofa, desk and 50" TV - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Bedroom II with bunk bed and open wardrobe - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box - Small veranda with washer and dryer. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
