Great value for the money! Appartment is big, comfortable and has everything you need for cozy stay. Great advantage is big garden and location; local shops,restaurants and designers outlets are very near. Owners, Mateo and his mother Rita were very nice and helpful. App. is very convinient for families with kids. Recommended!

Very nice 70 sq.mts fully furnished apartment with separate entrance. Living room, new kitchen just installed, a large bathroom with tub and shower, two bedrooms, air-conditioned, a beautiful garden (3500 sq.mts) with plants and flowers, equipped with games for children, slide, swings and a little inflatable swimming pool in the hot season. A part of the garden is dedicated to the cultivation of vegetables that ensures fresh really organic vegetables for home consumption. Five minutes’ walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the fantastic Outlet Design Mall with over 150 shops, where you can find the most ‘ iconic’ fashion brands and labels. Only 35 km from Venice and 20 km from the coast and the most beautiful beaches of the North Adriatic Sea like Jesolo, Caorle, Eraclea and Bibione..Not only, even the most beautiful mountains are nearby: in two hours you can reach Cortina d’Ampezzo, the Queen of the fabulous Dolomites. Countryside, Sea, Mountains, what else? do not forget the art citie besides Venice: Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Verona….. You just have to come and visit us! Do not hesitate to ask for any information or curiosity you might be interested in.
Noventa di Piave, a small town in the metropolitan area of Venice, is located on the left bank of the Piave, the "river of the Italians", that just in this area shows itself with all its sinuous charm: two-kilometer walk, the pontoon bridge, the stele commemorating the wounding of Ernest Hemingway in the Great War. Hemingway loved our beautiful region, the Veneto, and these places where he had loved, fought, hunt.... «I'm an old fanatic of Veneto. I'm a boy of the Lower Piave and I'll leave my heart here" he wrote. Noventa is a crossroads of art and history. In the museum room of the Town Hall you can see precious archaeological finds and two splendid Roman mosaics. The remains were found at the archaeological site of San Mauro, near the church.
