BOTH FLATS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. THE APARTMENT ON THE FIRST FLOOR has an independent double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a large balcony with a panoramic view of the Alps. You can access the bathroom, which is of exclusive use of this apartment, through the shared entrance. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a fridge, an induction hob and a table with 4 chairs. THE ATTIC APARTMENT is located on the second floor of the holiday house, and it has a beamed roof and a double bed corner separated from the living area by a bookcase. The open space includes: a kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. The kitchen has an oven, a fridge, an induction hob and a table with 4 chairs. There is a panoramic view of the Alps from the large windows and the balcony. Both apartments have AIR CONDITIONING, WIFI, and the necessary equipment in the kitchen. I am an English teacher and I used to teach language and literature at High School level; I have now been retired for some years. This profession has encouraged me, throughout my life, to travel, to get to know other cultures and to appreciate the opportunities offered by my knowledge of foreign languages. Cemmo, the village of the Municipality of Capo di Ponte, is the small village where the Holiday Home is located. In Cemmo, among the key attractions, you can visit Seradina Park, where you can admire the famous engravings on some of the most significant rocks, and the church of Santa Maria and Elisabetta (in the upper part of the town, about 200 meters from the holiday house); the church overlooks the Clegna stream, with a very nice panoramic view. About 150 meters from the holiday home, in Via Santa Maria Vecchia, there is a nice church dedicated to ‘San Bartolomeo degli Umiliati’, which dates back to the XIII century, and the famous Pieve of Saint Syrus which dates to the end of the 11th century. The area of Valle Camonica is particularly rich in terms of landscapes, places for hiking and skiing in addition to wonderful monuments artistically relevant. Capo di Ponte is Unesco site and is located about 40 Km from the district Pontedilegno-Tonale which is one of the most popular ski destinations of all the alpine arc. Among the attractions of Capo di Ponte it is worth mentioning the Center for archaeological studies; Naquane Park; Pieve of Saint Syrus; Monastery of San Salvatore.
