15 minutes drive to the Adriatic coast - sandy beach. Good fish restaurants. Infinity swimming pool with views of mountains and sea. Large garden and outside sitting and eating areas.
Walking distance to Carassai - hill top town with shops and a bar. One hour drive from Ancona airport. Good road and rail links. Historic town of Ascoli Piceno is 45 minutes drive. Opera festival at Macerata.
