Location is perfect if you arrive at night or if you depart from the airport early in the morning, since the rooms are just across the street from the airport.
Rooms are nice, old italian style and it was interesting to stay there. The lady served us very nice continental breakfast in the mornig.

I really loved the room – it was spotlessly clean, modern, and felt brand new. The location was also surprisingly convenient: there are plenty of bus stops nearby with frequent service, and if you’re traveling by car, it’s even more comfortable and easy to get around. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. On top of that, the host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This B&B Maria is an excellent option for an overnight stay in Pescara, especially before an early flight, after a late-evening arrival, or when you simply need convenient accommodation close to the airport.
One of its biggest advantages is its proximity to the airport. The property is located about 1 km from the terminal and can easily be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. On the way to the B&B, you can also stop by the large Interspar supermarket to pick up anything you may need.
The room and facilities were very good, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided.
Coffee and tea were provided.
Communication with the owners before check-in was excellent: friendly, prompt, and helpful.
One thing to keep in mind is that the street where the B&B is located can be quite busy, depending on the time of day. As for the room itself, the only minor downside for me was the mattress, which I found too soft. However, mattress comfort is highly subjective, and guests who prefer softer mattresses may find it perfectly comfortable.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Needed an airport location on arrival.
Needed an airport location on arrival. Have already booked another night for departure. Airport is literally 1 mile and there is parking at the property.
Restaurants and Pizza shops are in walking distance. Most restaurants do not open in the evening until 6:30-7.

Pesara was a beautiful city, and you can see this in the few remaining buildings from the past. But most of it is new, so the historic aspect is not present.
The sea is beautiful, totally covered with beach chairs and umbrellas to be rented and the lifeguards don't let you in more than the hip level. If you are a swimmer, thesecthings are a horrible frustration, and you have to get out of the city by train. Fortunatelly, the trains are cheap, very clean, and run very well.

Spoltore is a lively town with a beautiful historic town that is fun to explore. With a close to Pescara/Chieti amenities and beaches, and hilltop towns like Pianella, Loreto Aprutino and Penne, Spoltore is a great launching point.

Fabulous apt, very roomy & responsive host who was very kind. Small kitchen & staircase+steps for different levels of first floor noted for anyone with mobility issues. So so close to the beach & bus stop a block away goes to central station in 30-40min. Absolutely wonderful place, highly recommended!

We were there while the street is closed at night which made having a good look around at night really nice. Quite a number of food places close by the hotel so we chose to go to a different one each night. We seemed to get forgotten everynight and one place we waited almost 2hrs for food.

Chieti is an ancient city going back 9000 years.
Chieti is an ancient city going back 9000 years. The Greeks and Roman developed the city calling it Teate. The center has the quaint narrow streets and old buildings which give the city its charm. Chieti is a small city where you can escape the massive hordes of tourists you find in Florence and Venice. However the city allows you to have a real Italian experience. Rome is only a two hour drive away. There is the natural aspect Chieti. The Gran Sasso are enormous mountains. There are forests and hiking trails. The Abbruzzese are some of the friendliest Italians in Italy. Fifteen minutes away is the Metropolitan city of Pescara and the Adriatic Sea. Chieti does have many things to offer in a unique and prime location.

A specious property, opposite the airport with helpful host, sufficient breakfast…just a total luck of hygiene.
Dusty room, with a filthy rug on the floor along with extremely dirty leather headboard and a bathroom that had public hair at the bidet and previous guests hair on the top around basin.

During my stay, I also explored Pescara, Chieti, and Pineto, and each place had its own unique charm.
Pescara is a lively coastal city with beautiful sandy beaches, a vibrant promenade, excellent restaurants, and plenty of shops. It offers the perfect mix of relaxation and city life.
Chieti is a historic hilltop town with stunning panoramic views, elegant streets and impressive churches. It has a peaceful atmosphere and is ideal for anyone interested in history and culture.
Pineto is a quiet seaside town known for its crystal-clear water, long beaches, and beautiful pine forest that stretches along the coast. It is a perfect destination for a relaxing day by the sea and for enjoying nature.
I highly recommend visiting all three places, as they each offer a different and memorable experience of the Abruzzo region.

Montesilvano was good.
Montesilvano was good. Compared to Pescara were we ended up being quite late in the evening due to the bus disruptions and it felt very unsafe. We also got fined on the bus from the airport as we did not buy the ticket in advance, hoping to get it from the bus driver or a machine on the bus. Needlessly to say, neither option worked. So we tried installing some TUA app where you can purchase them online, however, 3 supervisors got on after the second stop and literally fined half of the bus. According to what I read, this is a tip off and a common practice to earn easy money by TUA. So very disappointing welcome to Italy, when this could be easily prevented if there were clearer instructions for tourists available anywhere as a matter of fact. There is not much in Montesilvano but there are at least 4 supermarkets which was good. Beach was probably the best part, nice big sandy beach and a very slow decline in the sea so very safe for kids.
We won’t be coming back due to couple negative experiences but someone might love it if they are more lucky than us.
