21 House of Stories Navigli has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a garden and terrace in Milan. The team at 21 House of Stories are nothing short of exceptional. Freja, Gabriele and the lovely Food & Beverage team went above and beyond to look after me. When I told Freja I loved the restaurant's risotto and would like to make it for my family, she arranged for the recipe to be printed (with pictures) on cardboard so I could take it home and even gave me samples of the saffron they use because it is hard to get! Such a pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A wonderful stay at a fairly new property. Very well decorated in a modern theme, the floor to ceiling windows in the room are awesome! Shower was top notch, all was very clean. Our safe battery was low, and that was corrected very promptly, and worked perfectly after the battery change. The Vesuvius Garden ( off the 1st floor) should not be missed, we very much enjoyed evening drinks out there. The roof top restaurant was very good, food and service wise, and the views are spectacular. A top notch stay, we felt pampered during our stay. Shuttle service to and from city center is a nice touch. Please visit the cafe just across the road, it is kind of hidden, but well worth the visit, we didn't try it until our last day, and that's disappointing, it is very nice!

Excellent location. A max radius of 35 min walking to the farthest main point from the hotel (Vatican City) the rest is a 20-25 min walk. Also, it’s 10 min walk to trastevere which holds most restaurants. Also, the staff was very nice and friendly specially Charles.

In a prime location in the San Lorenzo district of Florence, II Guelfo Bianco is located a 10-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria, 600 yards from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and a 2-minute... Everything was amazing; the room was very spacious and clean, the receptionists were available 24h/7 and always agreeable. When it comes to the location, I could not have asked for better - we visited all of Florence by foot. The beds were comfortable and I was happy to see that there were 2 big fluffy pillows per person (I dislike sleeping on tortillas). The food was varied with all you need for a sweet or salty breakfast.
