The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and gave us a free upgrade and helped us with booking our driver to the airport and even with our luggage to the car. The driver to the airport was also extremely professional and the car was great!

Hotel Sanpi was in a brilliant location. Close to the metro line so easy access to all the site. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included in our rate and the breakfast selection was great.

I am a recording artist and I have been traveling all over the world and stayed in a lot of hi end hotels , but I tell you this hotel is second to none, friendly stuff, crispy white, clean leanen, the location is superior and they truly care about their customers, my wife had a birthday the day after we checked in and we were treated a bottle of nice Italian wine , it was soo touching, I definitely recommend this hotel and will recommend it to all my friends and family THANK YOU GUYS ONE MORE TIME AND SER YOU SOON

Location was close to Duomo and train station just around the corner, lots of stores and places to eat

The location is very convenient, close to the Milano Central Train Station. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. And this place is literally a paradise for cat lovers!

The room is very comfortable with balcony. The breakfast is good but if there is a diversity in breakfast it will be good. The location is fantastic and is accessible to the whole city.

Recommend it for a city break, it is a 15min walk from Milano Centrale and 30min walk to the Duomo. Located near a big boulevard with a lot of stores and accessible to public transportation. In front of the hotel you have a pizza place and its saving you time and dinner. The room was enough for what we needed, clean and comfortable tiny room. For the prices in Milan, Its a great place. We will return to ibis.

The hotel is situated in a very good location, close to Milan Central, the receptionists were very nice and welcoming, the room was cleaned every day, all the facilities were working perfectly and it had all the necessities you might need for your stay.

We had only one day in Milan, and this place was perfect both in terms of price and location – close to the train station, yet also conveniently located not far from the city center. We arrived quite late at night, but were warmly welcomed and helped with check-in. We even managed to run back to the station and grab a bite to eat, as we were very hungry and most cafés were already closed.

close to the central train station, restaurants and the hotel is just across the supermarket, Tuday Conad. the room is clean and spacious.

This is a budget hotel so don't expect 5 star services. The location is great. Near Buenes Aires street with loads of shopping. Also near loads of good restaurants. There were some lovely Indian restaurants as well as a couple of vegan burger joints just a few minutes walk away. The staff were so so so friendly. The room was a nice size. It was very clean. Would definitely stay again.
