With its eight beds it is ideal for your family or group holidays in the beautiful Ligurian town.
Hi, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide the check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or need. In fact, during your stay we will be at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will normally be done by 10 am. POSSIBILE EXTRA FEES: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Chiavari applies a tourist tax of 1 euro / day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Pets: we usually accept small pets and we charge 5 euros per night for each animal. 4)Check-in and Check-out outside the allowed hours is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of euro 30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (18-21 hours), for later times, if it is possible for we organize, the figure could be higher.
The house is located in the heart of the historic center of Chiavari, surrounded by the characteristic medieval arcades, where you will find all the services you may need: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, excellent bakeries where you can taste the famous Ligurian focaccia , tobacconists, bars and restaurants. Very close to the station which is ten minutes walk, it is also ideal for those traveling by public transport. In less than ten minutes you can reach the beautiful promenade where you can take long relaxing walks and the beaches to enjoy the sea. In addition to visiting the city of Chiavari, with short trips by car or train you can reach the other locations of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Santa Margherita and Portofino or going in the opposite direction pearls like Sestri Levante, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour. A favorite destination not only for lovers of the sea, this area of Liguria is also chosen by lovers of nature and trekking: kilometers of paths in fact wind along the hills that reach the sea, giving beautiful views of the coast. Chiavari is also about 30 minutes from Genoa and an hour and a half from Pisa.
