We liked the fact that the hotel was newly refurbished, everywhere clean and peaceful. Lovely room with balcony and sea view, lovely bathroom too. Slept well as the bed was very comfortable and soundproofing good. Good variety of things for breakfast (eggs perfectly poached!) and appreciated the waitress service. All the staff at the hotel very helpful and friendly.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property in Rapallo. Everything exceeded our expectations! The host is incredibly kind, attentive to every detail, and always available to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately I was only spending one night and a morning there but from what I experienced it was a vibrant and busy town with a great atmosphere. The staff in the Ristorante Nettuno Lungamore had excellent food and extremely friendly staff who were very attentive to my dog 🐕 😀

Some real Italian wibe, noisy scooters and busy streets. Not too big, easy to walk around. Unfortunately it was not easy to find a good place to eat at the beginning of the week - mainly some hotels and bars.

The city center is nice, there are good restaurants but...

The city center is nice, there are good restaurants but every of them takes fee for sitting at the table - from 2 to 4 euros even to drink one cocktail. Beaches are not very good in Rapallo, you need to go somewhere further for good sea. We went on the beaches after San-Margarita, it is better drive there or go by bus.

A nice size town.

A nice size town. Easy access from the train station into town. Excellent coastal walk around to Portifino. Best place to swim Santa Margherita Ligure. A short walk from Rapallo. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Rapallo was fine but just to say a few more words about the hotel: the staff was very gracious, they even let us use some plates one day to have a lovely picnic outside and hooked us up with ice and glasses and things to enjoy our summer feast outdoors. They were so wonderful! They have created so much beauty on their property for guests to enjoy! It was truly lovely. I felt like I was in paradise! Rapallo was just OK for me. It seemed touristy and the food in town was my least favorite of my trip. Like they didn't care much about the quality of food they are serving the tourists. I get it, but it was just not very thrilling. But that's the effects of tourism. I was also surprised to learn that the beaches cant be accessed by everyone, as in the US. However, it is a beautiful town, the shops, bakeries, culinary stores are nice and I enjoyed them.

Rapallo is a beautiful town.

Rapallo is a beautiful town. Plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops. We travelled by train down to the Cinque Terre and all journeys were easy to navigate. The boat trip from Rapallo to Portofino was a lovey way to spend a few hours.

A good hotel as a base to see Cinque Terre & Portofino . Room was good with a good view of the Rapallo bay. Excellent breakfast especially when able to eat on the terrace . Melany particularly helpful on reception along with the other welcoming staff. Parking useful albeit slightly pricey when were were there for 6 days. Short walk to the centre only if you go through the park (but this closes at 8PM) but easy to get taxis (12 euros) Snack menu was good to have on terrace

Beautifully decorated hotel.Very nice bedrooms with great bathroom and very comfortable beds.Staff very nice and genuine,warm and enthusiastic,well trained and eager to please guests,deffo 5 star staff,.Spa staff especially nice. The Spa was the best I have ever used in any hotel and will be hard to find a better one.Also no charge to use which is a great feature.There is a bus stop outside the hotel,taxis are dear in Rapallo. We didnt use restaurants in the hotel.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view on Ligurian riviera. Few mins by car to Rapallo centre and to port where you can go by ferry to Portofino and San Fruttoso. 1h drive to Cinque Terre and 45 mins to Genoa. Apartment has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your Holidays with family. It has grest terrace where you can spend time with family. It can accommodate 6 people. I recommend this amazing place!
