Appartamento composto da una camera da letto, living con cucinotto, bagno e ripostiglio. E’ stato appena rinnovato. È perfetto per due persone ma nella camera da letto è possibile sistemare comodamente un lettino di quelli richiudibili per un bimbo fino a 3 anni. Nel living vi è un comodo divano letto a una piazza e mezza. È situato in uno dei principali corsi della città e, avendo l’affaccio non sulla via, è silenzioso e molto luminoso. Tutta la biancheria di bagno, cucina e camera è in cotone e viene fornita nel prezzo, così come i consumi, escluso il riscaldamento nei mesi invernali che viene conteggiato a parte. wifi in tutto l'appartamento. La stazione dei treni e dei bus è a 200 metri, il centro storico a 300 metri, il mare e le spiagge a 200 metri, il casello dell’autostrada a 800 metri. Si può trovare parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze o a 500 metri di distanza. Se no a pagamento in un silos a 300 metri. È situato al secondo piano con ascensore con 10 scalini per raggiungerlo. Gestiamo dal 2015 una struttura simile a Riva Trigoso (Sestri Levante), molto apprezzata dagli ospiti per la pulizia, per il comfort e per l'accoglienza. Siamo Paolo e Giuliana amiamo viaggiare e vi accoglieremo come a noi piace essere accolti affinché il vostro soggiorno sia il più piacevole possibile e cioè in un ambiente pulito, accogliente e confortevole
le spiagge sono vicine e anche un parco giochi. Il centro con ogni tipo di negozio e di servizio é a 300 metri. La stazione ferroviaria e quella degli autobus sono nella nella stessa via.
