The apartment is located in a private building, with no reception, so it is necessary to make an appointment for key collection and check-in. It is therefore helpful to know your arrival time as soon as possible, in order to organize ourselves in the best possible way. After receiving the reservation we will contact you in the Booking chat to provide you with information about your stay and to organize the meeting: as you notify us about your arrival time we will give you a phone number to contact 20 minutes before arriving at the apartment, so that we can arrive on time to welcome you and give you the keys. In case of any problem during the stay please contact us, we will be happy to help you to try to make your stay perfect :)
