We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax: the municipality of Deiva Marina applies a tax of 1 euro/night per guest (children under 10 are exempt). The tax is applied up to 10 consecutive nights. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-ins before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.

If you wish to visit the villages of the Cinque Terre or the renowned resorts of the Riviera del Levante, the structure is an excellent point of arrival and departure. Inside you will find a large living room with a sofa bed for two people, a TV and a dining table with a splendid view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, moka pot and dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery for preparing and eating meals during your stay. There are a total of six beds in the bedrooms: in fact, in the first bedroom you will find a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers and in the second bedroom you will find another double bed, a bunk bed, large wardrobe and desk. Finally you will find the bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. There is also a washing machine which you are welcome to use during your stay. The town offers all the services you may need, shops, supermarkets, bars and a selection of restaurants and trattorias where visitors can sample traditional Ligurian dishes, such as focaccia and Genoese pesto. Moneglia offers a sandy beach and a characteristic historical center with cobbled streets and an authentic atmosphere. Other places that can always be reached with short journeys are Sestri Levante, Chiavari, Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure or moving in the other direction towards the border with Tuscany, pearls such as Lerici and Portovenere.
