This place was beautiful, a little difficult to find, but that was a Google Maps thing as the approach was from the opposite direction from which the photos were provided in the instructions. Just look for the " Ca' Maria Lavanda " sign, and you'll be fine. The stack of keys were confusing. If they get labeled, then entry will be easy. Location to town is easy, and stores and shops are close by. BUT the views are so amazing it's hard to peal yourself away to see the town. The flat is well appointed. We usually like to stay at places with more reviews, but the ratings were great and took a chance. We were not disappointed and will be returning.

Cozy and bright apartment with beautiful views, a short distance from the bay of Pescallo. This finely furnished apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator and features a terrace from which guests can admire a beautiful lake and mountain view. The open plan living area houses a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster, and a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a dining table and a TV. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and spacious closets. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower. At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, free wi-fi and heating. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car. *Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking inside the property.

The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
