BEFORE TO ARRIVAL: This property requires you to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to carry out online check-in, entering your details and documents for all guests. You will be asked to sign the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and to pay the TOURIST TAX, if applicable. Online check-in must be carried out at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings. ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This property is equipped with self check-in, so it is possible to enter independently by taking the keys from a numeric combination box. The code to open the box will be provided to you one day before your arrival. It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in order to prepare the house. Please note that check-in times are from 15:00 to 23:00. ATTENTION: Staff telephone assistance is available until 21:00. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is compulsorily before 10:00 a.m. CLEANING: A cleaning service or change of linen during your stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali. NON-SMOKING FACILITY: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged. PETS: Pets allowed for a fee upon request and subject to availability. PARKING SPACE/BOX: Available for a fee on request. WELCOME KIT: We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

The area surrounding Via Rutilia is mainly residential, characterised by apartment buildings, small shops, bars and restaurants. It is a fairly quiet and residential area, especially suitable for those seeking a convenient residence with good connections to the city centre. The proximity to Corso Lodi offers access to various commercial facilities and services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies and other essential shops. In addition, the location is convenient enough to reach the centre of Milan, either by public or private transport. If you are considering staying in this area, you may appreciate the tranquillity of the neighbourhood, while remaining close enough to the centre of Milan to enjoy all its attractions and amenities. GETTING AROUND THE AREA: - To go to Milan Linate airport you can take tram 24 to Via Larga, then walk to San Babila and from there in just 12' on the blue line metro, you will arrive directly at Linate airport. - To go to the centre, take tram 24. - To go to Stazione Centrale take tram 24 to Crocetta and from there take the yellow metro line to Stazione Centrale.
