Italy’s first capital, sophisticated Turin has many elegant buildings and porticoed streets. Large Piazza Castello is the focal point and centres on Palazzo Madama, an unusual structure with a Renaissance façade and medieval body.

However, within Italy, Turin is best known for sport and cars. FIAT is based here and nostalgia lovers can visit the rooftop track on top of their old Lingotto factory, now a conference centre. The city’s 2 Serie A football clubs - Torino and Juventus - also have electric atmospheres at their games.

Torí és molt petit i encara que té molt història, cal dedicar temps a altres ciutats. El que si te de bonic es el riu i passejant pel costat hi ha molts parcs. De menjar no hi ha massa a destacar, m'agradaria restaurants tipics pero no se'n troben només pasta, pizza i filets. Recomanat si t'agraden els cotxes, per a veure el museu de l'automòbil
