Pleasant apartment with balcony of 48 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the second floor of a building without elevator. The accommodation is less than 10 minutes walk from the center of Udine, where you can visit Piazza Giacomo Matteotti, the Castle, the Cathedral, Piazza della Libertà and Via Mercatovecchio (shopping street). The property is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and WIFI. Availability uncovered parking space and reserved for guests. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY with table and two chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating, air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the apartment), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
