This agritouristic building is located in the small village of Siglioli, surrounded by greenery at an altitude of 453 metres. From the renovation of an ancient building of 1876 four comfortable flats were created, all different from each other in shape and size. 'La Casa della nonna' is a 130 m² 'holiday apartment consisting of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. The region is an ideal place for walking or mountain biking. There are numerous enduro trails (a motocross track is located just 4km away). Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Parties are allowed. Bikes are provided. Smoking is allowed (inside the building). Maximum number of Pets: 2.
