The apartment is located on the ground floor of a completely renovated building, in the center of the village of Grosio. It overlooks the park of the beautiful Villa Visconti Venosta. Next door is the renowned Sassella restaurant (bike hotel) and the parish church of San Giuseppe. The apartment is rustic, mostly wooden, and modern furnished. Guests are offered, as a welcome gift, a jar of the famous "pesteda". Grosio is located in a strategic point for excursions.

In Grosio you can visit: the district of San Giorgio with the medieval church and the ossuary; the Castle with the imposing Rupe Magna where you can admire the Neolithic rock carvings; Casa Negri; Casa Valorsa; the Cannoniera, the path of the trenches and the original artistic work of Gaudí di Grosio, Nicola Di Cesare. To visit the hamlets of Ravoledo, Tiolo and Vernuga where time seems to have stopped. The village is located in an excellent position for hiking, cycling or walking, to the famous resorts of Val Grosina, Bormio, Livigno, Valtellina Trail, Mortirolo, Gavia, Stelvio, Lakes of Cancano, Switzerland. Near the house there is a bus stop that from Tirano leads to Bormio. Nearby there are paid parking, parking hours and free.
