I live with my family right next to the villa. We are always available for advice and every need of our guests.
In the last 15 years I have hosted in another villa with swimming pool that we manage in Modigliana (Villa Podere Quartarola),
Therefore we know well the needs of who travel and choose our country for their holidays, a relaxing weekend and also for
business / work and in this completely renovated property we hope to have capitalize the experiences gathered in these years of hospitality.

4 completely independent apartments equipped with every comfort both inside and outside, each apartment has 2 large smart TVs, free wi-fi, memory mattresses and pillows, double sink, large shower and all the appliances you want ; top notch linens and supplies.
The garden has two barbecue areas equipped with private tables and chairs for each apartment and a large common solarium area with sun loungers, umbrellas and swimming pool with hydromassage and beach on the water. The proposal is completed by an indoor spa area with infrared sauna.

The property is located right on the main avenue of the tourist village Tagliata di Cervia; along it you can reach the lush pine forest and the equipped beach in a few minutes, along the short route you will meet many shops and activities such as supermarkets, bars, beauticians, tobacconists and newspapers, useful to make your stay even more pleasant.
Our small seaside village offers during the summer season (from April to the end of September) a lot of beach services equipped with restaurants and bars to fully enjoy the sea from sunrise to sunset and until late in the evening, A tourist office for all your visits and excursions in the territory of Cervia, Cesenatico and in the nearby cities such as Ravenna, Cesena and San Marino and many leisure services for adults and children.
