Modern and cozy apartment with terrace in the village of Civenna, a few minutes from the center of Bellagio. The apartment, on the first floor of a building accessible by stairs, opens onto a hallway that leads to the different rooms. The living area features a living room furnished with a single sofa bed, a television, a dining table, a fully-equipped open kitchen, and access to the terrace with a dining area. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. At guests' disposal amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, and heating. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
