I like very clean an comfortable romms, great location (in the old town of the city) and very helpful staff.
Sloveniawe had a great stay at the hotel. This one is very well located near buses and the city center. Roberto is very friendly and gives recommendations, and helps us! The lady who cleans the rooms is also very nice. Thank you 😊
FranceEverything was perfect! Roberto was a great host, even we came really early he was able to let us in and we could leave our luggage and then enter the apartment earlier. The location is perfect and safe, in the center but quiet at night. Highly recommended for families.

We encountered some personal problems during our time in Palermo that may have ruined the trip if it had not been for Roberto’s help and kindness. Additionally, the property itself was beautiful and in a fantastic location - you can easily walk to all the major attractions and great restaurants. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were very clean.
