The apartment is 2 minutes of walking from Santa Lucia train station. It's certainly the most convenient place for whom does not want to carry bags through out Venice. The hosts speak English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, so you'd never feel like nobody is getting what you're saying. Our guests can use the full apartment with total privacy. We won't be interrupting at any time, unless they'd need our attention. There is an elevator in the building, which is rare in Venice, since most part of the buildings are old.

We've been hosts at Booking and other accomodation providers since 2014, so we have a great experience at hosting guests from all over the world. We love when we have the possibility to make new friends from a different culture and when we can change experiences with our guests.

The thing that we love most about this neighborhood is the convenience and quietness, because we the apartment is located in a small street next to the Santa Lucia train station, almost in front of the Vaporetto's (water bus) station and 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma (bus stop), so it is easy and quick to use the public transport. We also love the atmosphere, because the place is close to the Grand Canal, so you can always see what's happening in Venice just by putting your heads out of the window. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars and stores next to the apartment, which is awesome, because you don't need to walk a lot to buy some stuffs.
