Stefano (Italian) and Shirley (British- lived in italy for 20 years) have lovingly restored this large family farm house into individual private self catering villino's. There are 4 in total. 1. La Vista 2. L’ Angolino 3. La Terrazza 4. il Caminetto. Please see descriptions as all are different. All are fully self catering and have terraces outside. La Vista looks to the front of the property from the terrace and faces the pool and inside windows looks to the Tuscan mountains from your bedrooms and kitchen. Angolino, La Terrazza and Caminetto are back facing and have terraces that have the views of the Tuscan mountains on their terraces. We pride ourselves in our friendly, approachable attitude and we are ready to help and guide you in the right direction for day excursions, wine tasting, cooking classes, horse riding or anything else you need help with. We also live on the property in another further away villa and are always available 24/7. There is huge elevated private pool with views over the Tuscan hills with covered gazebo, sunbeds and umbrellas. We have two dogs, three horses, a cat and chickens The entire house is managed and maintained by our resident caretaker Antonio.

Each villino is decorated to a high standard and in keeping with the Italian farmhouse feel of the property. La Vista - A 2 bedroom villino with space to have an extra single bed in each bedroom. La Vista is located at the top and front of the house with the outdoor area facing towards the garden/parking/and short walk to the pool. Kitchen/living area is fully equipped and has a sofa bed. Large covered terrace for dining. La Terrazza - Bottom half of villino facing the views of Tuscan mountains, the horses and flat green garden. One double bedroom villino but with two single beds in downstairs area and also a sofa bed in the living area. Terrace off bedroom for morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Tuscan hills. Downstairs has a large private terrace for outdoor eating or lounging with the amazing views IL Caminetto - One bedroom detached villino with covered terrace for dining and views. L’Angolino - Is our biggest apartment. Two double bedrooms, one with also a double and single bed. Large fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Large flat screen TV. Free wifi. Large private dining/lounging outdoor terrace with views over the Tuscan mountains. We have 2 dogs on our property. They are friendly and love people, but if you are scared, maybe somewhere else is better :-) We welcome your dog if it is friendly and not a threat to ours. Extra cleaning charge applied. Citta Della Pieve is 5 minutes drive from the property and is a little medieval dream. Come in August and catch the wonderful Palio where the locals dress in medieval dress, the castle is open for medieval dining and culminates in a grand parade on the last day. The town in amerced in everything we love about Italy and there are very few tourists. An opportunity to live exactly as Italians do. Or come in October and join our olive picking. Accommodation is free in October for olive pickers
