Our two fascinating newly renovated apartments on the second floor of a century-old building in the city center offer to the guests the full range of modern facilities combined with the charm of the historic italian architecture. Each apartment boasts a balcony, air conditioning, working place, private kitchen and bathroom. Laundry service and late check-in are available for our guests free of charge.

Many years of managing touristic structures in various European cities helped me to understand thoroughly the needs and demands of modern tourists. This new project in Bari is a fruit of real passion for hospitality and of multilateral professional experience.

The apartments are situated in a beautiful part of Bari that reveals the principal features of the heyday of urban development of late 19th early 20th century. Close proximity to the port, to Bari Vecchia (the Old Town), to the Castello Svevo and the delightful corso Vittorio Emmanuele II allows to explore the most important attractions of the city on foot. At the same time we are located just in 5 minutes driving from the Exhibition and Trade Centre in Bari "Fiera di Levante" and famous organized beach Lido San Francesco. In the immediate vicinity of the building there is a Eurospin supermarket, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and pizzerias. There is the possibility of free public parking in 150 meters from the apartments (white strips) and paid parking for 1 euro per hour just in front of the house (blue strips). Park and ride parking "Vittorio Venero" is a 10-minute walk away for 1 euro per day.
