The Carducci Suite is located in front of the beach, on the ground floor of a period Art Nouveau building in the heart of Viale Giosuè Carducci, the street known as "Viareggio's promenade", one of the most evocative and fascinating places in all of Versilia. The flat has been carefully refurbished with the aim of making guests' stay extremely comfortable but has maintained the typical taste of Versilia houses. Although the location and structure of the building allow for ventilation and temperature inside to be always pleasant, air conditioners are present in all rooms, and wifi serves every room, even the outdoor courtyard. There are three smart TVs with Netflix subscription included. The kitchen, new and fully equipped, has a ventilated oven, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, citrus squeezer. The living room, very bright, overlooks the beachfront promenade while he sitting room on the loft floor is dedicated to reading or relaxing. Each bedroom, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, has a dedicated bathroom and a hallway dividing it from the living room. Important! The mezzanine floor may not be suitable for guests taller than 180 cm.
The Carducci Suite is located in an Art Nouveau period building, facing the sea, on the promenade where the famous Viareggio carnival takes place. The location is very important because here you can breathe the historic atmosphere of Versilia and its sea, where everyone can choose every day between relaxation and nightlife, between pure fun and a cultural holiday or shopping. In the surroundings, the Margherita Walk, Villa Argentina, Villa Paolina, the church of San Paolino, the Basilica of Sant’Andrea, Torre Matilde, the Palazzo delle Muse and the Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art. A 10-minute walk will take you to the dock, one of the most historic districts of Viareggio, an area of ​​fishermen and shipyards that in the evening lights up with the lights of the many trattorias and typical restaurants. The typical Thursday market on a stroll is highly recommended. Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta are about 18Km away. Torre del Lago Puccini with the Puccini museum and the Puccini Festival are 6km away. Pisa with its tower is 28km away, Lucca 34, Florence 100. The Cinque Terre and Portovenere can be reached directly by boat from the port of Viareggio.
