The flat is a private accommodation on the FOURTH FLOOR WITHOUT LIFT. The high floor offers tranquillity, privacy and bright rooms, two balconies and open spaces allow you to enjoy a two-air view of the urban panorama. SMART WORKING, the accommodation lends itself to medium/long term rentals. The apartment has a double bed or, on request, two single beds. The possible bed for the third guest is an additional single bed; the third guest must be included in the reservation. From the flat it is a few minutes' walk to the local market in Corso Racconigi and only 7 minutes' walk to the piazza Rivoli metro station. It is convenient to the Politecnico and close to the 68 and 55, 33, 42 stops. Moreover, being close to the district's main street, it is within walking distance of supermarkets, shops and numerous other businesses. IMPORTANT: the flat is a private house for rent, it is not a hotel or a B&B and by Italian law cannot provide services, so no daily cleaning and no breakfast. As it is not a business you have no VAT number and therefore you cannot issue an invoice, only a receipt with a 2 euro tax. At check in you must sign a short rental contract and all guests must show a valid document (passport or identity card).

The Cenisia district is in a semi-central area that is well connected to the city center. Initially it was a working-class neighborhood linked to the needs of the mechanical industry, but after the relocation of the industries it was converted and the areas intended for residential purposes and to house public buildings. Street parking is free.
