## The space Centrally located apartment, just a few steps from the characteristic Sant'Ambrogio Market and the Synagogue. Located on the first floor of a typical Florentine building (no elevator). It can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests, with 2 double bedrooms (beds can be separated into singles), both with wardrobe, desk and television. It is equipped with one bathroom with shower, a kitchen with modern appliances (Nespresso, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toaster) and dining table, utensils and dishes. The apartment is located in a central, lively and dynamic neighborhood from which you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. It is located in a restricted traffic zone, you can't park in the surrounding streets but only in a private garage nearby. The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence. Getting around The location is very central, you can walk to most of the tourist attractions and services you need. Excellent connections to the whole city, thanks to the proximity to Santa Maria Novella Station. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red /green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify their need for access in the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
