Property info

A spacious apartment on the 5th floor in a historical building with lift. Recently renovated and nicely furnished in partnership with Nest.city, it is located a few steps from Lingotto Fiere and the main Hospital Pole of Turin, and has access through a balcony, like many of the historic houses of Turin. The atmosphere that you breathe is fresh and relaxing: in the living room, furnished with sofa bed and dining table, you will also find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the basics for cooking (crockery and cutlery). The bedroom is bright and is furnished with a double bed, a comfortable wardrobe with three doors and a chest of drawers. From this room you will also have access to a balcony with a view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for families or small groups traveling by car, thanks to the possibility of free parking in the area, and is also located a short distance from the metro station, which allows to easily reach the Porta Nuova station, the city center and the main tourist attractions in a few minutes.

The wonderful city of Turin, capital of Piedmont and known for its chocolate, offers countless opportunities and experiences. The city is known for its refined architecture, in fact there are sumptuous Baroque buildings to admire overlooking Turin’s squares, like Piazza Castello and Piazza San Carlo. In the old town stands the Mole Antonelliana, one of the symbols of Italy, with the Royal Palace of Turin and Madama Palace. Turin offers attractions for every taste, from outdoor activities to gastronomy. For a walk in the greenery breathing the scent of flowers, guests can enjoy the Turin Botanical Garden located on the left side of the Po river, and the famous Valentino Park near the old town. Today the province is considered the best Italian centre as regards chocolate processing, and every year the “Cioccolatò” event is inaugurated with parties, events and tastings.
