Villa Caterina is located north of the city of Augusta, in a sober and peaceful residential context. It boasts a strategic location as it is close to both the motorway and the historic center. The complex in which it is located, boasts an evocative view of one of the most suggestive cliffs in the area. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two kitchens (and one outside), a large living room with fireplace, an outdoor laundry, outdoor gardens and terrace with sea view, also boasts an exclusive descent to the sea. It is newly built and equipped with outdoor parking for exclusive use. The apartment boasts an eclectic style, with a coherent blend of modern and rustic elements. Sobriety is the key word. Among the services offered by the apartment include: air conditioning, heating, LCD TV, Wi-Fi and washing machine. From the terrace it is possible to admire splendid sunrises.
