Company information

We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Laura, Daniela, Loredana and Giuseppe. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

Villa Biancospino is located in Travedona Monate about 1 km from Lake Monate. It's perfect for a large family, two families or a group of friends who want to spend an holiday together keeping their own space. There is a large living room with two sofas and a beautiful fireplace, a large dining table and a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, kettle, microwave, coffee machine DolceGusto, toaster and dishwasher. The living room overlooks the beautiful patio and garden. On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with tub where you can comfortably take a shower and the second double bedroom with its private bathroom with shower. Free wifi and two private parking spaces available. The house features bed linen and towels.

Neighbourhood information

The center of Travedona is about 300 meters away and you can find everything you need such as a bar, a baker, a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants. The nearest big supermarket is about 2 km away. Monate Lake is suitable for swimming and you can also reach Maggiore Lake in 10 minutes by car such as Ispra and Ranco where it is possible to take beautiful walks, swim and enjoy excellent happy hour or dinner facing the lake.
