The villa is in an excellent location 500m from the sea and the beautiful Jasmine beach, the property is surrounded by greenery with citrus trees, washinghton palms and olive trees. The house can accommodate 6 people with 2 double bedrooms with a single bed and 1 sofa bed, 1 full bathroom completely renovated and 1 kitchen fully equipped with everything, such as microwave, toaster and oven. Outside there is a barbecue area with tables and chairs, loungers and deckchairs. Attached is a children's play area with trampoline and slide. Wi-fi connection, smart TV in the kitchen/living room and in the bedrooms, study corner, the rooms are all air-conditioned with inverter climate. Video surveillance outside. Before being a Host I was a traveler and therefore I try to make my guests feel at ease and not want for anything. I share this business with my wife and my 3 year old daughter Gioia. We have taken over this villa which had been closed for 10 years and there is still work to be done but we are at a good point. We are always available to you both by phone and in person, and we always try to meet your needs and accept suggestions for improvement.

The structure is in a strategic position 500 meters from the sea, all amenities are about 3 km away and 2 km from the Avola motorway junction. We advise you to visit the gelsomineto beach, an enchanting place to spend your moments of relaxation and then the villa is in total relaxation and 3 km away there is the town center and the many restaurants where you can dine, in the area you can also find a bike rental and e -bike. At 20 minutes there is the splendid island of Ortigia, the local market and the famous Borderi dairy to enjoy excellent sandwiches and typical products.
