Two sisters, grown up in a serene countryside atmosphere but unluckily living in the city for studying and working. We have beautiful memories linked to this house, that belonged to our grandmother Giuditta, so we decided to make it relive through a family business, to offer you the chance of experiencing the colors, the tranquility and the peace of our roots. In our travels, we always preferred to have a direct contact with the locals, in order to have a first-hand fruition of the places and that is why we offer an accommodation that reflects what is our idea of travel: hospitality, welcome kit, local food, information leaflets, in the total indipendence and privacy.

The neighborhood is very quiet, a small rural village, with the houses of young families and a few elderly couples around. The contact with nature is refreshing for those who want to escape from the noise and stress of city life. By car, you could easily reach the Roman sites in Falerone, Urbisaglia, San Severino, and quickly jump in the Medieval athmosfere of San Ginesio, Sant'Angelo in Pontano, Montappone, Massa Fermana, Loro Piceno and many others. The Villa is located in a perfect place halfway from the Sibillini mountains (for those who love hiking and natural parks) and the seaside during summer. In the living room there will be available travel guides in English and Italian, to plan more accurately your stay.
