The property consists of two buildings, with a kitchenette and a separate kitchen, ideal to accommodate two families without sacrificing privacy. The open spaces, the garden and the distance from the road (Via Conti is a dead end road, via Fontana is a pedestrian street), makes it quiet and peaceful. The stop for the bus is very close (200 m) and makes it possible to stay without renting a car. The outdoor area is very suitable for games by water of children (my daughters are very happy when we are at villa i geki).
