Stunning light and airy property. Located in Massa Lubrense a few minutes from the sea with a view of the island of Capri and the Gulf of Naples. The property is divided over two levels. On the ground floor it is equipped with a large entrance hall with a living room of approximately 100 m2 and a panoramic terrace, satellite TV, equipped kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower, then going up the characteristic stairs of this house we can find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, divided as follows: large corridor for access to the second terrace, first double bedroom with window overlooking the sea and the island of Capri and French windows for access to the terrace, second double bedroom with balcony also with access to the terrace on Capri, and finally third bedroom with single bed with window overlooking the mountain and parking... The house is characterized by its historic and ancient style, an isolated and quiet place on the Sorrento peninsula. The villa boasts a private entrance with ample space for car parking, has free wifi, sheets and everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the wonderful coast available for guests! The guest will be assisted for any eventuality, we will be able to organize tours, transfers, taxis, charter excursions for visits to the islands: Capri, Ischia, Positano, Amalfi and much more....
