Independent villa in the splendid marina of Torre dell'Orso 800 meters from the Salento coast (the sea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot). It has a garden and parking space. With fresh and well-kept furnishings, the house consists of a living room, kitchenette, a bathroom and three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds, for a total of 6 beds. Fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning and mosquito nets in all rooms, coffee maker, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue and outdoor table in the garden for outdoor lunches and dinners, second outdoor shower, bicycles for adults, available on request bed linen and towels. It is located in a complex of six independent villas. Residential and quiet area, away from the noise of the nightlife. WAIT!!!
