Breathtaking views! This villa comfortably sleeps 8 persons. We provide basic amenities including fresh towels. Our kitchen is at your disposal. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils and appliances as needed. The open-plan layout of the property is both beautiful and functional lending itself to personal space and privacy. The architecture and interior design is beautiful boasting high ceilings and many areas to relax and unwind. There is plenty on site to do, including a games room with pool table, a private swimming pool and several water features.
“Pigeonville”, is named after the pigeon coup on-site, home to 4 lovely pigeons! Making your visit to ‘Pigeonville’ a positive and happy experience is important to us! Experience the warm treatment and hospitality of all of the parties associated with the property. You will feel comfortable, well attended to and cared for the entire time you stay with us. Welcome to our home!
The ‘Hellshire’ beach is just 40 minutes away and the lovely beaches on the north coast are approximately forty-five minutes away, by highway. The closest beaches for swimming and snorkeling are the beaches on the north coast (‘Ocho Rios’ is the closest) and ‘Lime Quay’, a small island easily accessible from Port Royal by canoe, which is 1 hour away. The closest grocery store is ‘ Jungs ’, that is approximately 1.5 miles away. It is located in the ‘Stony Hill Square’. There is also a market in close proximity to the grocery store, where you can obtain fresh produce. For your leisure, The closest shopping center, ‘Manor Park’, the ‘Bob Marley Museum’ and the popular, ‘Devon House’ are all within 20 minutes away. For business, ‘New Kingston’, the major business center in Kingston is approximately 25 minutes away.
